How long does a garage floor coating take?+
Most residential garages are prepped, coated, and ready to walk on the same day. You can park on the floor after 24 hours, and it fully cures within 5–7 days.
Why do you diamond grind instead of using acid?+
Acid etching only lightly opens the surface and can leave residue that fails under Arizona heat. Diamond grinding is the industry-standard mechanical prep for long-term polyaspartic adhesion.
Will hot tires or oil damage my new floor?+
No. Our polyaspartic topcoats are engineered for hot-tire pickup resistance and repel oil, brake fluid, and most household chemicals. Clean-up is usually a hose and a squeegee.
What's actually covered by the Lifetime Warranty?+
Our qualifying residential flake floor systems are backed for life against peeling and delamination — the two failure modes cheap installations are known for.
